Detailed description
What this aircraft is built for.
The KA-62 is built for operators who need a modern medium-class helicopter for passenger
transport, corporate aviation, offshore work, medical support, aerial observation and utility missions.
The aircraft is designed around comfort, efficient performance and reliable operation across a broad
range of climates and mission profiles.
The helicopter uses two Ardiden 3G turboshaft engines with FADEC digital control, a modern
modular design and a high share of composite materials. This supports lower operating cost,
improved safety, reduced maintenance requirements and a comfortable cabin environment for
passengers and crew.
The KA-62 can be used for regional passenger routes, corporate flights, cargo transport, emergency
medical support, aerial work, monitoring and offshore operations. It can operate from airports, oil
platforms and prepared or limited landing sites depending on configuration and local requirements.
HELI helps evaluate whether this model fits the client’s route profile, passenger capacity, range,
cabin requirements, operating region, equipment needs and acquisition budget before moving into
configuration, technical review and delivery coordination.
